Bramah House Limited

During the year Bramah House Limited, the Foundation’s subsidiary, continued to provide subsidised office accommodation to five separate voluntary agencies as well as lettings to three commercial organisations at market rent. All properties had previously been brought up to a good standard of refurbishment and repair and remained as such throughout the year. Lettings to voluntary organisations have been at a discounted rent. The voluntary organisations benefiting were:

• Resource Information Services Limited (Bramah House)
• Groundswell (Elmfield House)
• Broadway (Elmfield House)
• Thames Reach (Elmfield and Hudson House)
• The Ethiopian Community in London (Hudson House).

The Foundation itself also occupied office space within Elmfield House.

The Foundation continued to commission BHL on a fee earning basis to lead the delivery of the Impact Programme.
