At 31st March 2007, there were nine Directors on the Board of the Foundation (the Trustees). Together, they bring an extremely wide range of high-level experience to the Foundation’s governance and strategy. They are:
Sarah Ogley (Chair) – Independent consultant
Don Wood (Vice Chair) – Chief Executive of London & Quadrant Housing Trust
Ian Brady – Deputy Director of Respect Task Force, Department for Children, Schools and Families
Ian Gee – Vice President responsible for Organisational Development & Change Management, Nokia
Simon Dow – Group Chief Executive, Guinness Trust
John Stebbing – Independent architect
Janet Sutherland – Head of Housing Strategy and Regulatory Services, London Borough of Lewisham
Virginia Grace – Finance Director of Parchment Housing Association (appointed 17th October 2006)
Jeremy Swain - Chief Executive, Thames Reach (appointed 27th January 2007)
Two other Directors resigned during the year, these were Mark Latimer (resigned 27th April 2006) and Mary Higgins (resigned 17th October 2006).
Virginia Grace also resigned from the Board in November 2007 (following the year end) after taking up a position overseas.
The Foundation works with a small staff complement of two people, utilising the services of a network of other people working freelance and as consultants to undertake specific pieces of work.
Kevin Ireland is the Executive Director of the Foundation and Harmit Kambo is Programme Manager for the Private Rented Sector workstream. Derek Joseph, Managing Director of Tribal Treasury Services, is Company Secretary.
