This award was made from the Elmfield Restricted Fund, in memory of Commander Hudson, who along with his family and friends, established the Elmfield Charitable Trust. In 2005, the Trust was wound up, its remaining asets being transferred to the London Housing Foundation, so that grants from this fund can be allocated annually.
