West London churches Homeless Concern The WLCHC is a partnership of West London Churches who provide night shelter accommodation from November to April to people who would otherwise have slept rough. Users have requested more help to move on from their vulnerable lifestyles and the LHF grant will allow the project managers to extend their hours and thereby provide keyworking support. £6,300 E & E/QoL
St Christopher's Fellowship Support for a series of Life Skills workshops. This will involve a programme of 1:1 work with homeless people whose lifestyles are still too chaotic to maintain unsupported attendance on their longer term courses. This will involve help regarding employment, basic skills and life skills. The project is designed to increase the interface between staff and homeless users of the centre, whilst helping to equip them with the skills, self-esteem and confidence to move on to more independent lifestyles. £10,000 QoL/Prev
Homeless Link Towards a publication and a seminar campaigning for more move-on accommodation for formerly homeless people £4,500 E & E
Thames Reach and Broadway This grant will support Thames Reach and Broadway's joint service user employment project including funding for a dedicated project manager for six months. This grant follows an LHF funded survey into the extent of service user employment within English homelessness organisations. £8,000 E & E
Big Issue Foundation This grant will support the London aspect of a national service delivery study in consultation with clients, stakeholders and partners, which will inform their service delivery strategy for the coming years.
