We have commissioned Action Learning Associates (ALA) to help develop and deliver this pilot programme. ALA have a strong track record in this field, providing action learning support over a number of years, across a broad range of public and voluntary organisations. ALA has designed the pilot programme and will co-ordinate it on behalf of the London Housing Foundation. They will normally provide set facilitators, although other facilitators may be used in special circumstances.
Homelessness agencies may submit applications for people within their organisation to participate in a set. There is no maximum number of applications per organisation but each application will need to be supported by the head of the agency, who must confirm that time will be provided for participation.
Up to ten sets will be established under this pilot. The composition and focus of the sets will be subject to demand and applicants should indicate what type of set they are interested in (possibly indicating more than one). Possible example sets would include:
