Responsibilities of Participants
Participants need to commit to:
- making space in their diary to attend every meeting of the set (missing meetings undermines the experience for all other set members - see information on cost, below)
- participating in discussions and being open and honest within the set
- keeping all discussions within the set confidential
- participating throughout the life of the set (i.e. not dropping out)
- helping in the evaluation of the pilot by providing non-confidential information about the process and the outcomes of participation for you and your organisation.
