IMPACT through Outcomes
Homeless Outcomes
The London Housing Foundation has been delivering its IMPACT through Outcomes programme since 2001 with the help of Triangle Consulting, who have led this area of work on our behalf.
In January 2007, we launched a dedicated outcomes website - Homeless Outcomes - to ensure homelessness agencies can easily access the substantial resources now available and add to their knowledge of new developments in the area of outcomes management.
All our outcomes materials have now been migrated to this website and no new information will be added here.
The Outcomes Star
Our outcomes programme has included the development and improvement of the Outcomes Star, a tool for supporting and recording client change, and the production of the Outcomes Star Collection, a four volume guide to the practical application of this tool in key working. All of which is available to view and download for free from Homeless Outcomes.
Supporting People and outcomes
This is a continuing area of work. London Housing Foundation is represented on the National Outcomes Working Party by Triangle Consulting, who liaise on our behalf with Communities and Local Government on the areas of Supporting People and outcomes and the development of a National Outcomes Framework. Updates and new information about Supporting People outcomes are added to Homeless Outcomes frequently. You may wish to join our mailing list to receive email updates
