Free online IT system for Outcomes Star uses coming

The London Housing Foundation has commissioned the development of a bespoke IT system to support use of the Outcomes Star.

The Outcomes Star System, which is being developed by Triangle Consulting, Jellymould Creative and C4Multimedia, will enable agencies using the Star to input their Star Chart readings online, either with the service user present or retrospectively, and to access a wide range of useful reports - allowing them to easily review the progress of clients, to check the outcomes of projects and services, and to assess the agency's effectiveness as a whole.

It will also provide a means for agencies to compare their outcomes with others using the Outcomes Star System - and all without a charge!
