The Signs of Success Conference, which was devised and led by Homeless Link who took over leadership of the IMPACT through Outcomes programme on 1st October 2008, took place on 21st October 2008 at the Resource Centre.  Attendees learnt how to implement and use outcomes to assess the changes their clients make as a result of their work and to demonstrate to Local Authorities and other stakeholders the evidence of their success.
